Use its precise tip to adjust thickness as desired, from a subtle accent to a bold cat eye. For a perfect line, you can start with individual dots along your lash line and then connect them, or create a half eyelid line from the center of the eyelid to the outside, then draw the second half from the inside to the center. For a smudge-proof and long-lasting result, apply on a clean eyelid, or prime the lid with an eyeshadow or powder beforehand. Let it dry briefly.
