How to Use
Sharpen the pencil before each application for controlled precision and hygiene. Apply to the waterline and eyelid. Draw a line along the lash line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner or on the inner eyelid. You can also draw a thin diagonal line to the end of the wing, then make a straight line from the tip of the wing to the middle of your eyelid, and condense the line over the inner eyelid. This product can be used as both an eyeliner and an eyeshadow.
