Shake the eyeliner well before use to ensure the formula is thoroughly mixed. Begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your upper lash line. Go over the liner for a thicker line. To create a winged eyeliner look, angle the brush slightly upwards towards the end of your eye and draw a line outwards, then connect the end of the line to the rest of your eyeliner. For a subtle line, lightly brush the tip across the base of your lash line from the inner to the outer corner, getting as close to your lash line as possible. To create a cat eye, draw the outside border, starting from the outer edge in, and then fill in with the liner. Keep the line close to the lash line to avoid gaps. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes.
