How to Use
Begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your upper lash line. For a thicker line, go over the liner. To create a winged eyeliner look, angle the brush slightly upwards towards the end of your eye and draw a line outwards, then connect the end of the line to the rest of your eyeliner. For best results, get as close to your lash line as possible. To keep your hand steady, rest your elbow on a flat surface. To create a flawless wing, use small strokes and build up gradually.
