Apply with a brush or fingers to the eyelids. Use matte shades for base and transition tones. Add shimmer or metallics to lids, cheeks, or inner corners for extra glow. Blend out edges for a seamless finish or build up layers for bolder intensity. Each shade can be built up to desired payoff, or blended out for a soft, diffused color. Start with lighter layers, blend edges, and build depth gradually. Remove eye makeup thoroughly after wear.
