To use Blink Tinted Moisturizer, start with a clean face. Apply a regular moisturizer, and if the tinted moisturizer does not have sufficient SPF, apply sunscreen. Choose a shade that matches your skin tone. Apply a pea-sized amount or an appropriate amount onto the key areas of the face, such as the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Blend outwards using your fingertips, a brush, or a sponge, employing upward or stippling motions. You can build coverage gradually if desired. For a matte finish, you can set it with setting powder, or skip the powder for a dewy finish.
