How to Use
Make sure to hydrate the under-eye area well before applying concealer to prevent dryness. Apply small dots of concealer under the eyes, on dark spots, and on areas you want to cover. Use your finger or a brush to blend the concealer by gently tapping, not rubbing, to ensure full coverage. For longer-lasting concealer, apply a light layer of Loca's setting spray. To conceal blemishes: Apply a small amount of concealer to the desired area and blend gently. To highlight under the eyes: Apply concealer in an inverted triangle shape and blend using a sponge or brush.
